Premiere Pro Beta (build 32) unable to add clip keyframes

My track is expanded to show my keyframe tools, but for some reason I'm unable to add any clip keyframes to adjust audio. It's just greyed-out.

Mac mini (M1, 2020), 16gb

Hold down ctrl or use the Pentool and add a keyframe on the audio clip itself. That will activate the keyframes.
