Premiere Pro Beta can't import footage into the sequence

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with the latest version of Premiere Pro Beta.

When I import my source footage into the sequence, I'm unable to edit it.

My specs are a MacBook Pro with an M2 Pro chip and 16GB of RAM.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how I can fix it?
