Premiere Pro Beta - Change Bin Behavior controls are gone?

Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like you can no longer change the bin behavior to to "open in place" when you double click a bin in your project panel. I like to keep everything in one panel, not double click to open a new panel or a new window. Is this feature just gone in Beta?
