Premiere Pro Beta crashes on Home Screen (stable version works fine) – Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having a persistent issue with Premiere Pro Beta on Windows 11 for about 3–4 months now.
The app crashes as soon as the Home Screen appears — the interface shows for about one second, then the program closes.

I get a Windows message saying that PremierePro.exe has crashed, and it prompts me to send an Adobe crash report. I’ve submitted several of these over the past months.

The stable version of Premiere Pro works perfectly, so the problem seems specific to the Beta build.

My setup:

• OS: Windows 11 (fully updated)

• CPU: Intel i7-9750H

• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (latest drivers installed)

• Premiere Pro (stable): no issues

• Premiere Pro Beta: crashes instantly on the Home Screen

What I’ve tried (over the past months):

• Updating GPU drivers

• Updating to every new Beta release as soon as it comes out

• Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro Beta

• Clearing media & plugin caches

• Resetting preferences

• Launching while holding Shift to disable third-party plugins

• Rebooting the system

• Sending all crash reports through the Adobe dialog

Unfortunately, nothing has changed, and the crash happens on every single launch.

Is this a known issue with the current Beta builds?

Is there any specific log file I should share here to help diagnose this?
