Premiere Pro (Beta) does not start

I installed the Premiere beta from the cloud but it wouldn't even start.
M1 Pro, Tahoe 26.1, 32ram.
I rebooted my macbook after installing, that didn't help. The stable version works fine.
Any ideas why it's not working?
I noticed one more thing, during startup, cloud diagnostics started for a split second, after which both programs were terminated without any notifications. Just exited.
