Premiere Pro BETA not installing

Hey everyone, In Creative Cloud desktop app I don't have the Beta tab under Apps. I can find the Beta option online but when I click to install Premiere Beta it directs me back to the desktop app and displays this message...

I know this can't be accurate. I also have a colleague with the exact same laptop, tech specs, software, and he has the option and is able to install Beta software.
