Premiere Pro BETA | subtitles and saving issues

Hi there,

I use the Premiere Pro Beta version, for a quick workflow of translating Dutch audio into English subtitles. This is working great for a weeks.

Untill today... When I translate the captions into english, only a little part will be translated. When I translated into an other language it works. 

Then I updated to the last Beta version (25.4). But now I can not save the project anymore. Or any existing or new project. I get the following message:
**You do not have write access to the directory where this project is located.**

Any ideas how to solve this? Any experience? Could this be a bug in the Beta version?
