Question

Premiere Pro Beta tab not showing up in Creative Cloud app

I'm on Windows 11. Everything is completely up to date. I have loads of storage and RAM.

I also have a previous Premiere Beta version already installed on my system.

The CC app does not show the Beta tab on my system. I've manually updated the CC app by downloading and installing multiple times.

My MacBook Pro shows the Beta tab, but I'm not going to transfer over 500gb to a drive so I can attempt some revisions within the newest Premiere Beta app.

This is exceedingly frustrating. Can anyone offer some guidance?

I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

I am having the same issue. Fresh install of Adobe CC on a new Windows 11 computer. I do not see the "beta" tab anywhere. Been at it for a couple hours trying to figure out what is going on.

@PreProMedia,

If you open the Beta you have on your system, do you get a prompt to update? Keep in mind that you may be unable to revert to 26.1.0 Beta, if that is what you have, if you can't see the Betas.

Once when the Beta tab disappeared, they were somewhere down the list in all apps. I am Win 11, see the Beta tab (and apps), and do not see them in any other tab.

Hi Stan,

Thanks for the follow up. If there is a prompt to update Beta, I'm not seeing it (where would it be?) I am on Beta version 25.6.0 and I'd like to be on the newest version.

I searched the entire CC app and don't see Beta anywhere.

@PreProMedia,

Here's a link to a thread in October when this happened to some of us.

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-beta-discussions/25-6-is-replaced-with-25-4-and-wont-install-25-6/m-p/15536366#M12321

First, just try clicking on "Check for updates." I now see Build 30, and in this previous thread is suspected that a new build sort things. Related symptoms for some, but not all users, were no Beta tab, or  having a Beta installed, which did not show in the desktop, and being offered an old version to install (which you should not do).

Here's the update message I'm referring to. When I looked for it, it disappeared once! You should see it when you open your current Beta version.
