Premiere Pro beta tutorial is not working

I just downloaded the beta version. And I saw that there are some new tutorials (for example, "make colors pop")

but after I clicked "start tutorial" and imported some of the stock footage, there was no tutorial.

The attached are screenshot of what I see on my screen, the tutorial panel is empty

Sign out of your account > reboot > sign in and try again.

I tried to download it again, but it just showed "scratch disk error", and after I clicked yes, there is still nothing on the tutorial panel
