Premiere Pro CC2022 Problem Sapphire Plugins

I downloaded the Beta version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC2022, there is some flicker in the videos when I play the videos after installation, this is often very noticeable when I put the panorama shots, the 2nd problem is Ctr + Alt + Shift When I reopen using Sapphire, the video transitions go to the video effects section, and re-installing Sapphiere (2021_51) still doesn't solve the problem, What should I do?

Confirming: With some clips in some sequences with some Sapphire effects applied, you see flicker when rendered in PPro beta, that you didn't see in PPro official release? If so, we'd need to know which effect(s) you mean, and get step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the behavior.

You say "the video transitions go to the video effects section"; PPro organizes plug-ins based on the information they provide to PPro, when being loaded. If Red Giant's effects moved categories, then Red Giant made that change.
