Program Window doesn't register changes to clip in Color Panel

I imported Prores Raw clips from a Ninja V shot on a Nikon Z7. When I try to make adjustments in the Color Panel, the changes do not update in the Program Window until I clip off from the clip, then select it again, then make a severe change in one of the color panel options.
