Project panel WILL NOT STICK in custom workspaces!

C'mon, for the love of all that's Holy, can we get this fixed?

I NEVER WANT THE PROJECT PANEL IN THE LOWER LEFT PANEL OF THE MAIN SCREEN.

NOT EVER. NOT NO WAY. NOT NO HOW!!!!!!!!!!

I use mulitple screens and I want my projects to ALWAYS be on my left (#2) monitor in the same panel group that has my Productions and Source panel.

Nearly every time I launch PrPro, I have to drag any open projects from the lower left corner of the 'main' window to the other monitor. Which oft means dragging 2-7 projects one by one back to where they should be, and where they were last time the program was open.

This is something that also gets complaints on the main user forum, and on other forums.

None of us understands why the Project panel is the ONLY panel that doesn't follow the rules.
