RAM Increase in beta

Beta version seems to ramp up RAM usage even without a project loaded. Non-beta does not have this issue. It starts at 1gb then slowly creeps up to whatever i've set the max ram usage for adobe to utilize. 

OS: Windows 10 x64

RAM: 32gb
CPU: Ryzen 3800x
Premiere Pro (Beta) Latest Version
