remix tool

Hello..i have updated adobe premiere but i can't see the( remix tool).

An old thread but to enable remix, right click just an audio track and select:

Also to add to Richard's answer, if you click and hold the Rate Stretch Tool it will be an option in there as well. On top of that it exists inside of the Essential Sound panel.
