Renaming an export in the new Export panel does not carry over to AME

Premier 22.1.1. Build 17

The export retains the name of the sequence when exporting a section, instead of the keyed-in title for the export.

1. Select a section of a timeline to export

2. In the Export panel, select a path and give the file a name.

3. Export to Media Encoder

RESULT:

In Media Encoder the render job has the name of the sequence, not the name keyed into the export panel.

EXPECTED RESULT

The Media Encoder job will reflect the keyed-in title.

WORKAROUND

Rename the file either before or after rendering.
