Replace with After Effects composition feature not working on Premier Beta build 44

Question

I have already cleared the cache, restart the apps, opened AE, also cleared cache and I can't find the way to use this feature since it is grayed out. I am also seeing an error in AE for this feature. AE Beta build 38.
