**REQUEST**. New Ai enhanced mask tracker

This new mask tracker is so fast it can be very difficult to stop it when tracking goes bad. I mentioned in the pivate beta that a "track in to out"  option would be great, and now having played with the tracker more, it almost seems necessary otherwise I would have to razor blade everything , which is not ideal...
