Request: Refine Animated GIF in Premier

I needed to make an animated GIF and found it as an export option.  Yea!

But when I exported, I got an impossibly large file.  It looked great, but too big for a website. I took it into Photoshop and got it fixed. (At least that was relatively easy.)

Feature request: Please add finer export controls to animated GIF, like frame rate and image size.
