Resize mask without bezier handles

I have an ellipse mask in Premiere Beta v26.3.0.061 to create a vignette. I want to resize the whole thing but I only have bezier handles that warp the ellipse unevenly. How do I get back the bounding box that lets me resize the mask evenly?

    You can double-click within the Mask in the Program Monitor to enable/disable bounding box mode.
