Right click menu on PP beta

Please return the old right click menu of clips on timeline instead of new one with submenus. Now we need to spend extra time to fill or fit the video, add frame hold, reveal in project or reveal in finder options, or other actions that we use often. Also, you removed sequence setting option from right click in the project window on sequences.

@levon_1165 thanks for the feedback on the new menus. Right click > Modify > Sequence Settings is still available in the Project panel.

Hi, thank you for your response. I know that the previous options are still available, but the recent reorganization of the menus has made the workflow slower. Many actions that used to be two clicks away now require three or four.

Render In/Out, Close Gap, Reveal in Finder/Project, Render and Replace
These are just the first examples that come to mind.

Video editors usually work on large monitors, so having longer menus on the screen isn’t really an issue. Maybe there could be a setting that allows users to choose between extended and compact menus?

Thanks, Ann ... personally, can't do that mod stuff anymore. Ah well.

This is actually my first time submitting feedback. I simply clicked the “Provide Feedback” icon inside the Beta version, and it automatically redirected me here, which is why the post ended up in the wrong section. So that seems like another issue in the program itself, if the feedback button sends users to the wrong forum category.

You can go right to the Premiere Public Beta forum from one of the icons in the upper right of the menu bar.

For now, I hope a mod moves this to the Beta forum so the devs actually see it. This forum is primarily user to user help, the public beta forum is to communicate to the devs about the public beta.
