Saving error 1609629695 + opening error

With the new beta version I keep having issue re-opening project saying they were created on another the version (they were not). This is then causing auto save error with the duplicated file.

 I am also having issue with the track matte key effect. when on pause the scale of the shame is not the same than when the video is playing.
