Skip/Drop Frame When Transitions Added

On Premier Pro (Beta), working with a 4K H265 60fps footage on a 24p timeline, when we add dissolve between clips on the timeline, we encounter choppiness/drop frames during playing that section. Obviously, there must be a problem since it's such a minute effect that shouldn't normally cause any issues. We'd appreciate it if you could take a look.
