Some basic things don't work

The delete button to remove effects from the panel does not work. Dragging clips from windows desktop to project folder does not work.

Are any of your panels floating? Try to dock everything and then see if it is working.

The windows are docked. Neither the undo command nor the IN / OUT commands work. I am attaching a link to a video so you can see what happens.
In the premiere 14.5.0 (51) it doesn't work either. (in the previous version it worked correctly)
