Speech to Text not showing in Premiere Pro

Question

My orgnanisation has a Creative Cloud for Enterprise subscription, and I've registered to be part of the Speech to Text trial and received an email saying I've been accepted.

However, when I've downloaded the new Premiere Pro (I've done this several times now, making sure to delete the old one) I'm not seeing the new button to transcribe the video.

My colleagues are raving about how great the service is, but I can't work out why mine isn't working. My account doesn't give me any access to Adobe chat/support outside of these forums, is there anything I can do?

Make sure you log out of your creative cloud account you signed up with, reboot and relog back into your acccount. Sometimes when you sign up, it needs to reassign your account and turn on the new feature.
