Speed/Duration on Audio Clip - Can't enter number in speed field

14.7.0 Beta Build 18R

Right clicked audio clip in sequence and selected Speed/Duration.  Speed is 100% and select '100' to enter a new speed.  Pressed delete button on keyboard to clear the 100.  Any number entered at 30 or above is ok.  Any number starting with 0, 1, or 2 doesn't work.  The speed automaticly becomes 2.95.  You can change the 2.95 to anything 30 or above, but never anything below 30.
