Stalling / Not responding after updating Beta Apps

On both Catalina (10.15.7) and Big Sur beta (11.3), I'm seeing stalling and not responding when Premiere & AME are first started after the apps are updated from previous builds.  Sometimes it requires a full computer reboot or just force quitting the apps and relaunching multiple times gets the apps to start up. This is happening on Premiere 15.0 build 27R & Media Encoder 15.0 build 30. Filed the folllowing bug (DVAPR-4229682) with spin dumps and sample process of when the apps freeze up.

Have you updated to the latest version?

Have you reset your preferences?

Have you deleted all your media cache files?

Have you logged out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and looged back in?

What are your computer specs and operating system?

Yes! Here too! 

Is there a way to go back to the more stable version of 15? Because the only other beta version that's available in the cloud is 14.9 and I would like to keep on working with the stable one of 15 that includes the new captions workflow.
