Starting Transcription Crashes the Text Panel 22.4.0.7

Testing a bug from 22.4 build 6 and discovered that 22.4 build 7 crashes the text panel as soon as I click "transcribe" in the transcribe dialogue.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create new project, add media, etc, and transcribe

 Result: Text Panel tab remains, but is enirely empty. No activity in PR. closing and repoenign text panel does not help; nor does closing sequence and reopening. Nor does resetting workspace layout.
Expected: Transcription
