Still having Extreme choppy program monitor/timeline playback with RED footage (15.0.0)

Ive posted about this for over a year and this issue still hasn't been resolved. I don't understand why adobe hasn't fixed this? I have provided a video pin pointing the exact cause of this and this is still and on going issue. Adobe can you please look into this asap. Its affecting my work flow while working with RED 8K footage.
