Sync transcription

I love the new transcription tools on Premiere Pro Beta.

However, the transcription is not always 100% accurate which requires a lot of time spent correcting it.

Often in my production we use prompters or voice over which has been scripted before production. 

Similarly to other transcription tools, including Youtube's, for example, Premiere should allow the user to add the scripted text and then simply sync that text to the audio in the timeline. This would minimise the transcription errors and save a lot of time. It would also improve performance with languages or dialects that are not that well-supported. As an example, again, Youtube completely fails transcribing Swiss German using only the audio. However, when I add the script it is able to synchronize the text quite well.
