I cant seem to delete speaker sections with a pause: [...] in them, this seems like something that you should be able to do, but i have to highlight and delete around it.

 

Also, it might be worth being able to right click on a speaker and delete all, so i can completely remove the interviewer.

ben,

 

In version 23, the pause dots are a toggle in the lower right of the Transcript tab panel.

They were moved from the hamburger menu in the transcript tab.

 

But once I double click to edit the transcript, the dots/space are no longer there.

 

But I think you can just turn them off.

 

I'm now in Beta 23.2.0.53. Win10
