Text layer follow object masking tool path

Question

Now that there’s an object masking tool that can track subjects, is there a way to make a text layer or graphic follow that tracked path—similar to what we do in After Effects? If so, that would be a real game changer.

the premier pro mask is just a mask and not a track matte.  so although you can create a track mask for transparency or affects it isn't a matte where you can attach things to it since it's not its own layer.  so although i hope premier takes its crazy good new track mask and allows you to create layer mattes with key frames, it isn't in premier yet.  thats an after effcets and mocha job depending if your looking for planner tracking
