Text Tool (Essential Graphics) not antialiased in preview

Typing on screen, the font shows severe aliasing., even when preview window is at full resolution When rendered it's OK (thankfully.)

Former versions showed clean, anti-aliased text.

Doublie-clicking an essential graphics clip made in a previous version evoked a crash (can't even send report from the "sorry an error occurred" dialog.

    Win10, same Beta 22.1.1.7. Not seeing a problem. Check all the preview resolutions: High Quality Playback; Playback resolution; pause resolution.

     

    I used a small sequence resolution (DV) which usually shows these problems more easily.
