Transcribed files are not all showing up on Caption in the timeline.

Seems to be capturing most of the audio in my project file. But the caption is missing in the timeline even thow it is the Transcribe file. Unable to get the missing file on the timeline after transcribing it again.

I had some trouble with an updated project. If the other suggestion doesn't work, can you try a new project and see if it works?

Hi Kevin,

I tried a new project and that did help! Had a few spots it would not transcribe but nothing to be unexpected I think. Over all it works really well. Thanks for your help.

One thing to check. Click on the CC track icon and make sure it's set to show all caption tracks.
