Transcribir secuencia - Respuesta de red lenta recibida

Al intentar transcribir una pista de audio para generar los subtítulos, me aparece el botón TRANSCRIBIR inhabilitado, con la leyenda en hover "Respuesta de red lenta recibida", y no entiendo el tipo de error ni por qué no está funcionando esa característica.

Thank you very much Stan, I have already logout and login in my account several times, and that has not solved the problem ... I do not know what else I could try.
