Why I Received bad network response... Create Transcrip doesn't work
Thank you for reporting this issue.
There have been recent changes around the handling of expired trail accounts, where the service now enforces a shorter grace period (in line with the desktop clients).
Can you help us which license type you are currently using, to investigate this more? (Trail / Creative Cloud All Apps / Premiere Pro single app)
