Transcript takes too long to load after transcription process

Steps to reproduce:
    1. After a sucessful transcription, when I try to load the transcript, it takes an extremely long time to show up in Text panel or Text panel is blank. Can't click on Transcript or Captions. I have to close the text panel, and bring it up again, or restarte Premiere.
