Transferring files шт Premiere Pro

I used to be able to transfer files in Yandex.direct, but recently, when transferring files, they are duplicated and I cannot delete files from temporary folders because they are linked to the finished episode. I try to keep the final version of the project clean, but now I don't have that option.
