Unable to open any project files on Premiere Pro Beta v15.2.0.23

Hi, my newly updated premiere pro beta cannot open any project files (even a newly created blank project file). The software crashes almost instantly when I open a project file.

Performance
Hardware or GPU
Freeze or hang
User interface or workspaces
Crash
