Version 14.6.0.37 crashes on start up

Version 14.6.0.37 crashes after entering home screen. It has been doing this since few beta versions. Please take a look at this.

Windows 10 20H2

AMD 3960X

64GB

Nvidia 1080TI

Latest drivers from AMD and Nvidia installed. Also did a complete Windows reinstall, but that didn't make any difference.
