Videos with music intro

I've been using the new transcribe feature now for a few days and in general, I love it! 

However, I am currently trying to transcribe a video that someone else has provided and it has an instrumental intro track. The transcribe seems to just get stuck... like it doesn't know what to do, so it does nothing.
