What is actually happening to PP beta now? It feels more like pre-alpha

Constant crashes make Beta unusable, I like to use it to preview new features, but it should still be mostly stable. Currently it crashes on window resizes, exporting captions moving items between tracks. This is happening on a couple of my PC’s and on all the available Beta versions, even when re-installing and resetting all caches, preferences etc. 

Is there something to be done here, or should Beta be considered unusable now?
