When I maximize Premiere window the UI stops refreshing

Question

I am finding that the user interface does not update if I have the window maximized. When I maximize the application window, the elements do not shift around like they normally would. I am uploading a picture for the purpose of demonstration. Note: I blurred the video to protect the identity of the subject. That is not a problem I had with Premiere.

I had the same problem just now, if I understood your issue correctly.

For me turned out that the files that I imported were the problem, because of them my UI was glitching when maximizing the window. Opened an older project, with different videos and audio in it, and it works fine. Maybe my experience will be helpful to someone 🙂 Just try to spot the video/audio file which causes the issue 🙂
