why does this always end with you "searching for suggestions" and never doing anything? I want to post a question to the forum

I have a PiP that that consists of an mp4 (V1) with an orb going from foreground to background (it gets smaller) and left to right. A man is running in the second mp4 (V2) inside the orb. This mp4 (V2) is masked. How do I get the masked mp4 on v2 to follow the orb in v1. I’ve tried manually keyframing the movements and following/shrinking the masked mp4, but the keyframes keep wanting to go backwards instead of forward. I’ve done multiple tutorials like the new auto tracking and also manual tracking, and keyframes going backwards, and many I can’t recall off-hand for almost two weeks now and still haven’t got it figured out. I’m sure it can be done, I’m just not sure what I’m missing. I’m about to start the whole process again but thought I would ask here if anyone can think of what I’m missing or where I should look to find what I need. Thanks!
