With Media export, option fit, scale, stretch is missing

With Premiere Pro V22.0 the option within media export, scale,stretch and fit to frame is missing.

This is handy for the old SD formats!

I want to second that these options are super important, and should not be removed.  We need to be able to stretch or scale to fit or fill, and the cropping is necessary as well.  (You could crop or stretch with a custom subsequence, but that is more work and complexity.)
