Zooming in to the cursor

Hi, I've noticed that when using Premiere Pro (BETA), zooming in and out using the mouse wheel is very unresponsive in regards to being able to zoom in to the location of the cursor. On the public build of Premiere Pro, the timeline zooms very smoothly and seamlessly to the location of the cursor. However, on BETA, the zoom is incredibly clunky, often doesn't zoom into the cursor, and you really have to exaggerate the location of the mouse to zoom in a certain direction.
