프리미어 프로 베타 버젼 앱이 안보입니다 뭔짓을해도..

기존에 포토샵 프리미어 단일앱 쓰고 있었는데

그 전에는 포토샵 베타 버전까지 다운받아서 잘 쓰고 있었씁니다

근데 프리미어프로 베타 버전은 크리에이티브 클라우드에 안뜨길래

크리에이티브 클라우드 재설치를 했는데

포토샵 베타버전은 물론 프리미어 프로 베타버전도 안떠서 설치를 못했습니다

그래서 이번엔 모든앱 플랜 업그레이드까지 했는데도 안뜹니다

도대체 프리미어프로 포토샵 베타 버젼은 어떻게해야 설치해서 사용할 수 있나요 ?

기존에 쓰고 있었던 포토샵 베타 버전도 사용을 못해서 정말 답답합니다

Sorry that the beta apps are missing for you! Could you please share a screenshot of your Creative Cloud desktop app?

I attached a screenshot of my Creative Cloud app. You should be able to go to the "Apps" section and switch to the "Beta" tab at the top to see the beta applications. If you don't see the "Beta" tab, try scrolling over to the right.

I'm not at my editing computer now to check, but I think there is a separate tab for beta apps in the Creative Cloud app.

베타탭이 있었는데 프리미어프로 베타앱이 나온 이후부터

크리에이티브 클라우드 앱에서 베타 탭조차도 보이지 않았기 때문에 별 짓을 다 한 것입니다

어쩔도리가 없어 정말 답답한 마음이 큽니다 일해야되는데

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
