Adobe Rush - can’t create new project

Hello,

I am using iPad, I've created multiple videos with Adobe Rush. But now when I open the app, it just doesn't stop to load and I can't create new project. The option is grey and cannot be clicked. Please help. I tried to uninstall the app and also log out of my account, but nothing works 😞

Hi @denisa_1831,

Are you from the Czech Republic? You may have an issue, if so. Change the language to English in the app and it should work. If that is not the case, also let me know. Sorry for the hassle.

Hello Kevin,

thank you for your advice. Yes, my Adobe Rush is in Czech language, but I didn't find the option to change the language in the app, I looked everywhere. I'm also currently in France, but I assume that it shouldn't be the cause of my problem.
