It seems to make some error when upload the video file on i-phone16. But its possible to opening image file. Please help me

Unfortunately, I can't read Korean. Which codec are you shooting in? Is it HEVC or H.264? Can you find out? These screens don't seem to reveal the information, so I am not sure. If so, are you shooting HDR in cinematic mode? Or are you shooting some variant of ProRes, like ProRes RAW? I hope we can help you once we have that specific information.

If you cannot determine the specifics of the file, you can get a sample file onto your computer and run the clip through the MediaInfo App (free), then take a screenshot of the results in the "tree" view. You can also upload a sample file to Google Drive or DropBox and PM me the link. I will forward the clip to the developers. Sorry for the hassle,
