Try a simple exercise, import a clip with audio, and just keep the audio on the timeline. i want to delete the video after I seperate the audio from it and it is not possible, It will delete both the audio and the video. Any update on this bug/feature would be greatly appreicated. Thank you
As an update, please consider providing the option to turn off the "Auto Select" feature or options to modify the type of content it can select. When navigating through the timeline, Rush is set up to automatically select the top item in the timeline. So if I have a graphic in "Track 3" once I click on that part of the timeline, it will automatically be selected. This is great when users are editing videos settings such as Transform and want to be sure they are editing the video that's being shown, but it causes issues with the Graphics as it will automatically select the graphic and even the text within that graphic, so when we press the Spacebar to play the sequence, it instead overwrites the text in the graphic with a Space. I'm sharing the frustration of many other Adobe Rush users. Nothing sucks more then spending a full day working on a video that turns out to be a complete waste of time. Rendering is not possible on a new Samsung 23. This ap was the reason I upgraded my phone. Any video you create will render glitchy and freeze in the final product. The ap is easy to use, I would give it another shot in a year or two when they can figure out how to enable users to actually save their work. For now I just wish I had that time back!
Hi there, I have been creating a series of videos and just before I exported my final project I noticed that the video has distorted and stretched horiztonally. It has happened to every clip in my timeline. I have cleared the cache, upated all the software etc. Has anyone else had this happen and can anyone advise of a solution please? I am using: Dell G5 SE gaming laptop with 16GB of ram and a processor: AMD Ryzen 9 4900H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz.Here is a photo showing how stretched the presenter is:Any help will be appreicated as I have been paid to make these videos and they are unhappy with the stretched look and I will probably have to make the entire sequence again.
Hi there!My Premiere Rush is crashing after only a few minutes, or whenever I'm starting to edit the video. I've got the latest update (2.8) and I've tried to un- and re-install it. It didn't make a difference.I'm using a Lenovo Thinkpad carbon X1 6th gen, Windows 10, 8th Gen Intel Core i7, 16 GB LPDDR3 2133 MHz, Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620. Lightroom works perfectly fine.Any idea why the app is doing that?Thank you very much for your help!Julia
When will Premierre Rush be supported on my Galaxy S22? I subscribred to the Photography plan a number of months ago, but I have not been able to utilize its full potential. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone and Premierre Rush is not compatiblre. This phone is well over a year old now. Why is this an issue? Wil it ever be compatible?
I have the Photography plan. I download the creative cloud tools. I started using Rush. Now I can't share the edited files. How do I edit videos without the premium feature? I have found the files, but it seems to be a .PRV file format. Is this unique to Rush?
When using the transform feature, the mobile app uses a "slider" to adjust the positive X and positive y values. This feature is terrible. It is almost impossible to adjust the slider to a "discrete value". I'm surprised the developers didn't notice that and I'm surprised this was not tested. All they have to do is to allow this feature to accept manual entry of the positive X and positive y values and this terrible design is resolved. This allows content creators to adjust the size of their clips to meet their customers anomorphic size parameters. Try to customize any or all of your clips to 1920x816 using this slider. Then you will ask how do they not know this is a bad design.
Hi,i have used adobe premier rush since 2 month ago.but i'd like to cancel my account.how can i do it?
I've used this app for about 3 years and have a horrible time getting any assistance. For one, most videos that I export contain corrupted segments that are not corrupted in the app. Once exported, they have pixelated, blurry spurts throughout. Secondly, on random exported videos, I get a white washed filter over them like the saturation was halved. Yet in the app it looks great. Any help or assistance with these issues would be great.
Does anyone know when of if Adobe will fix the compatibility issues between Rush and the Google Pixel 4a so it will install?The Play Store says "this item is not compatible with your device"Thanks,Cameron
Rush version 2.6(1)iOS version 16.2 audio clips added to timeline don't play any sound
I want to delete a small section of the first clip in my Rush project, but it seems since it's at the beginning or because it is so small the section won't delete. The audio that went with the small section deleted fine. It's the video part that won't delete. Ive tried a lot of different ways to delete it. So I duplicated my project and deleted all of the other clips and suddenly the part I wanted to delete was all that was left and it showed all the times that I tried to cut it. But when I add back in my clips it reappears. So it's attached to the first clip but hidden. How do I get rid of it? I've tried expanding the clips to view more but that doesn't show the small section. It's still hidden.
I recorded an event featuring multiple speakers in Premiere Rush. I now want to export each speaker in a separate file. I've been searching for a solution, and so far all that I am seeing is exporting the entire event as a single file. Is there a way to export individual clips? Thanks!
For the 100x time I almost finished an edit in Premiere Rush and it crashed. When I opened the program again, the project was completely gone and I have to start from scratch. 1 hour of work wasted because Adobe did such a bad job in programming this! This software is useless! It works fine on the phone, I give you that. I even bought a better machine, because I thought, the lag during editing and the crashes are caused by not good enough hardware. Now I am running this on 16GB of RAM on i7 with 3 Ghz and a 4 GB NVidia video card. Nevertheless, I get the same problems. Tried it on a macbook and it lagged there as well.I am tired of this software and quiet honestly it makes me tired of Adobe. A company like yours shouldn't release such buggy software. Your forums are full with messages of other people who have problems as well.Good bye! I will cancel my subscription and finally move on to some other editing software.
I want to make short music performance videos. I have Pixel 6 though, and was thinking about upgrading soon. It appears that these devices are not supported though. Are there any avenues I can persure to use my substription with my device?
Any time I try to export a video, it immediately crashes. Tried everything. Can't use desktop, because adobes syncing is broken and breaks the audio timing on my clips.
Please add more features ;1. effects like glitches , popping , flahing and more(see other apps)2. freezing and reversing video frames3. More overlays ( stickers)
Hi, I have been using Rush for a while with no issues at all and all of a sudden today the sound stopped working mid edit. I tried rebooting, reinstalling, resetting preferences, updating sound drivers and changing the input but no matter what I do I am getting the following. Any suggestions? FYI my input is a Studio 24c PreSonus.
Keyboard shortcuts like using the space bar to play and pause etc are not working. I'm using Rush on a Mac and I've tried different keyboard settings to see if it brought them back and reinstalling without luck. Has anyone experienced the same problem and maybe even found a solution? This is not a problem in any other Adobe application I'm using.Thanks.

Premier rush on iPad needs to be able to save our edited videos if we accidentally uninstall the app or switch to a different device it should be able to be a backup.
Opening up Rush, I find that 95% of my videos are now grayed out? Hours of editing... gone. Is there something I did? Anyone know how I can fix this??? Pleeeezzz! I'm not going to edit any more videos until this is resolved, why bother? Any suggetions would be super appreciated, and that's an understatement! Mahalo! Title edited by mod
I bought the subscription but I can't use the effects it stays on [none] on my iPhone app rush.
I'm working on a project on premiere rush (mobile) but when I open the app and select my project, some of my media isn't there. It is just a blank box. It has the same editing and effects as when the media's is there, it just isn't showing the video. Is there a way to get my videos to show again? (I don't have the "don't view button" selected) I also can't upload anymore media - I get an "error importing media" message when I try to do so. title edited by mod
