iPhone 16 videos not supported on Rush since 9/20
I'm joining the other users who've been having issues with Rush ever since the launch of the iPhone 16 line-up. Regardless of the video type none of my media files are getting imported anymore and have rendered Rush useless for a solid 85 days now. You'd think they'd have fixed it by now, instead I keep on paying for a service I can't even use and have been asking for a partial refund. I only had good experiences with Adobe support so far, but this issue sees me agents literally leaving the chat left and right, which leaves me speechless. So this is what you call support? When does this get fixed!?
